All of a sudden, our 3 year old female Puggle dog Kayla is unable to use her hind legs, they are completely dragging on the ground, and I have to feed her by hand, and squeeze water in her mouth from a wet napkin so she can drink.

I am a 67 year old Vietnam Veteran rated at 30% disability, and on a fixed social security income, and my wife lost her full time job, and is working part time at minimum wage. If Kayla's problem is Disc and or Arthritis related, which is the reason why we haven't taken her to a Veterinarian yet, and the large expense would a cause great financial hardship on us trying to pay our monthly debts and put food on the table.
