How to Qualify for Assistance

All monies are paid directly to the veterinarians. Typically we give between $50 and $100.

1.Our Criteria

People in the Northern Nevada / Lake Tahoe area can apply for funds, but we offer assistance primarily to those on fixed incomes or with annual incomes below $35,000. It is always a one-time grant.

You must agree to allow SAF to post a picture of your animal along with his/her biography as one of our success stories on the SAF website
